Method 2: Set an application password on iPhone based on guided access
Step 1:
Open "Settings" and select "Accessibility". Here, tap on "Guided Access".
Step 2:
Turn on "Guided Access" then tap "Set Passcode" to set an app password on your iPhone.
Step 3:
Finally, you can choose to unlock with a passcode or with Face ID. Once installed, simply open the app with the passcode set and triple-click the side button to launch it. If you want to exit Guided Access mode, triple-click the side button, enter the passcode, and tap End.
This second method is only suitable when you are using your phone and want others to see it with you. The person who borrows your phone can only see the application you are opening and cannot exit and see other applications.
