ZaloPay is a mobile payment application, also known as an e-wallet, developed by Zalo. Below are 2 simple and easy ways to top up ZaloPay.
Top up ZaloPay directly
To top up ZaloPay directly on the ZaloPay app, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the ZaloPay application on your phone, then click on Deposit/Withdraw. Then, click on Deposit.
Step 2: Next, enter the amount you want to deposit in the Enter Amount box as shown below. Note that the minimum deposit amount is 10,000 VND. Then click Continue.

Step 3: Click Confirm transaction. Then, ZaloPay will ask you to enter your password as PIN on ZaloPay application.

Step 4: In the Authentication Code section, enter the bank's OTP code and click Confirm to complete the deposit process into ZaloPay.

Top up ZaloPay with banking app
You can top up ZaloPay directly on the bank's app. Below are the steps to top up ZaloPay on Vietcombank's banking app.
Step 1: First, access the Vietcombank banking application. Then, click on Top up e-Wallet. Select which account to transfer money to in the Source Account section.
Step 2: Right in the first item in the Transaction Information section, click and select ZaloPay as shown below.

Step 3: In the Service Type section, select Top up Zalo Pay wallet.
Step 4: Next, in the Customer Code section, enter your Zalo account phone number.
Step 5: In the Amount section, enter the amount you want to deposit into your account.
Step 6: Then, you check the box I have read and understood… through VCB Digibank. Finally, click Continue to complete the process.
