Both have built-in messaging features, so if your account is hacked, bad guys can read the message content, affecting your privacy and leaking important information. Below are instructions to check if your Facebook and Zalo accounts have been hacked.
Check Facebook account
For Facebook users on computers: If you are using and logging into Facebook on your computer, you can follow these steps: - Access and log into your Facebook account on a web browser. Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner, select "Settings and Privacy", then click "Settings". - Click on "Account Center" on the left, select "Password & Security". - Select "Where you're logged in" under "Security Checkup", then select your Facebook or Instagram account. - A list of recent devices and login locations will be listed. If there is an unfamiliar device, you can log out and change your password. For Facebook users on smartphones: If you are using Facebook on a smartphone, you can do the following steps: - From the application interface, tap on the avatar, select "Settings & Privacy", then select "Settings". Select "See more in account center". - Click "Password & security", then select "Where you're signed in". - A list of recent devices and login locations will be displayed. You can log out of unfamiliar devices and change your password. Note: The login location may not be exact, so you should only be concerned with the type of device that logged in.
Check Zalo account
To check if your Zalo account has been illegally accessed, you can follow these steps: Note: This method can only be performed on the Zalo application on your smartphone. - Activate the Zalo application on your smartphone. Click on "Personal", then select "Account and security". - Select "Logged in devices". - A list of devices logged into your Zalo account will be displayed. If there is an unfamiliar device, you can log out. - Check "Other devices are logged in" and "Recently logged out devices". If there is an unfamiliar device, your Zalo account may have been illegally accessed.
