Cases of free business registration

According to Article 5 of Circular 47/2019/TT-BTC, which stipulates the subjects exempted from providing business information and business registration fees, the cases exempted from business registration fees include:

- Enterprises that add or change information due to changes in administrative boundaries are exempted from business registration fees and fees for publishing business registration contents.

- Registration of business dissolution, temporary suspension of business; termination of branch, representative office, and business location operations are exempted from business registration fees.

- Enterprises that register their business online are exempt from business registration fees.

- State agencies requesting to provide information for state management purposes are exempted from providing business information.

- Small and medium enterprises converted from business households are exempted from business registration fees and fees for providing initial business information.

Currently, the business registration fee collection level in 2024 is applied according to Circular 47/2019/TT-BTC.

The fee for business registration in 2024 (including: New issuance, re-issuance, change of content of Business Registration Certificate and Certificate of registration of branch, representative office, business location of the enterprise) is 50,000 VND/time.

In addition, the fee for providing business information in 2024 will also be applied according to the above Circular.

- The fee for providing information on the Business Registration Certificate; Certificate of operation of branches, representative offices, and business locations is 20,000 VND/copy.

- Fee for providing information in business registration dossier; Providing financial reports for all types of businesses is 40,000 VND/copy.

- The fee for providing a summary report on the enterprise is 150,000 VND/report.

- The fee for publishing business registration content is 100,000 VND/copy.

- Fee for providing business information by account from 125 copies/month or more is 4,500,000 VND/month.
