According to Mr. Ken Kudo, General Director of ADT, the Asian Development Golf Tournament system, over the past 2 years, the tournament has witnessed the competition between talented players from all over the world, bringing together top professional golfers and excellent amateur golfers from Vietnam.
During the 2 years that the BRG Open Golf Championship Danang was hosted in Da Nang City, the home golfers had the opportunity to participate in a continental-level tournament and compete with the top golfers in the region.

"Competing with world-class golfers creates a foundation and inspires young Vietnamese golfers to pursue their dreams of becoming famous professional golfers," said Mr. Ken Kudo.
According to ADT statistics, in the first season of 2022, out of a total of 40 golfers who successfully passed the cut, Vietnam had 5 representatives, equivalent to a rate of 12.5% (including Nguyen Huu Quyet, Do Hong Giang, Doan Uy, Truong Chi Quan, Doan Van Dinh).
In 2023, Vietnam has 3 faces out of 23 golfers who made the cut, equivalent to 13%, namely Nguyen Anh Minh, Nguyen Nhat Long and Doan Van Dinh. In which, golfer Doan Van Dinh is the only golfer from Vietnam to make the cut for 2 consecutive years at the BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022 and 2023.
At the same time, the cut-off mark for 2023 (+9) is 7 strokes different from 2022 (+2).
ADT believes that the cut-off points at the BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2024 this year could drop even further as the level of golfers increases, and the number of Vietnamese professional golfers passing the cut at this year's tournament could increase compared to the previous two years.
The reason is that golfers have been well prepared from 5 international golf tournaments held in Vietnam since the beginning of the year.
BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2024 brings together 144 golfers, of which Vietnam has 20 golfers, especially the participation of 9 leading professional golfers such as Tran Le Duy Nhat, Truong Chi Quan, Nguyen Nhat Long, Nguyen Huu Quyet, Doan Van Dinh, Doan Van Nam, Tran Van Hoang, Nguyen Viet Ho and Le Huu Giang.
Of which, 8 golfers have participated in 3 seasons of BRG Open Golf Championship Danang.
BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2024 takes place from August 29 to August 31 at Nicklaus Course at Legend Da Nang Golf Resort.
