The head of the Ca Mau provincial government reminded units to promptly handle difficulties and obstacles, thoroughly resolve long-standing problems to speed up the progress of important and key infrastructure projects, and absolutely not allow loss or waste to occur.
The Department of Planning and Investment and the People's Committees of districts and cities of Ca Mau regularly review and promptly advise competent authorities to adjust the annual public investment capital plan from projects that have not disbursed or are slow to disburse to projects that are capable of disbursing and need additional capital plans.
Along with that, provincial departments, branches, socio-political organizations and People's Committees of districts, cities, and state-owned enterprises direct and strictly organize the general inventory of public assets at agencies, organizations, and units; infrastructure assets invested and managed by the State.
In particular, continue to minimize administrative procedures and compliance costs, creating the greatest convenience for people and businesses; shift from pre-inspection to post-inspection, and resolutely eliminate the "ask-give" mechanism.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with provincial departments, branches and sectors; People's Committees of districts and cities to review all public assets, working offices, unused or ineffectively used (including equitized land (if any)) and propose a handling plan according to regulations, report to the Provincial People's Committee in the second quarter of 2025 for consideration.
