CAND - T&T table tennis team won first place with 14 gold medals at the National Youth Tournament

At the 2024 National Table Tennis Tournament for Outstanding Young, Teenage, and Children, which just ended in Cao Bang, the CAND - T&T Table Tennis Club won the overall title. The 2024 National Table Tennis Tournament for Outstanding Young, Teenage, and Children was recently held in Cao Bang province, with the participation of 255 athletes from 23 provinces, cities, and sectors nationwide. Among them, there are some strongly developed table tennis units such as: CAND - T&T, Army, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Thanh Hoa, Hai Duong... Competition content includes: Men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed doubles, in the following age groups: 22 - 23 years old, 19 - 21 years old, 16 - 18 years old, 14 - 15 years old, 12 - 13 years old, 10 - 11 years old, 9 years old and under, each age group has 16 men, 16 women. CAND - T&T table tennis players continued to have an excellent tournament to win the overall title with a total of 14 gold medals, 5 silver medals and 4 bronze medals. Ranked 2nd is the Army team, another strong unit is Hai Duong ranked 3rd. CAND-T&T table tennis has demonstrated its overwhelming dominance in the doubles and men's and women's team events, events that most clearly demonstrate the strength, foundation, and depth of a well-invested table tennis club, with 10 out of 14 gold medals won at this tournament.

On an individual basis, Dinh Anh Hoang, Vu Manh Huy, Tran Mai Ngoc and Hoang Tra My won 4 gold medals. In addition, rising young player Nguyen Van Tuan Anh (age 15) also contributed 2 gold medals to CAND - T&T table tennis. This shows the strong growth of the promising players of CAND - T&T table tennis. At the end of May 2024, the CAND - T&T Table Tennis Club was established after the Vietnam CAND Sports Association and T&T Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of selecting and training table tennis athletes to compete for the CAND force. At the 2024 National Table Tennis Championship (Khanh Hoa), the CAND - T&T Table Tennis Club won 2 gold medals and 3 silver medals, far exceeding the set target. Previously, the police table tennis sector had never won a gold medal at a national tournament. However, the partnership with T&T Group has helped raise the level of CAND table tennis, helping the police table tennis sector achieve historic achievements. Next, at the 2024 National Youth, Adolescent and Children's Table Tennis Tournament (Da Nang), the CAND - T&T Table Tennis Club excellently won the overall first place with 13 gold medals, 7 silver medals and 10 bronze medals. In early August, T&T Group awarded nearly 1.5 billion VND to encourage and motivate the spirit, as well as to recognize the contributions of Coach Vu Manh Cuong and excellent students such as Dinh Anh Hoang, Tran Mai Ngoc, Le Dinh Duc..., a record bonus in the Vietnamese table tennis village.

Recently, T&T Group was honored to receive the Diamond Companion title from Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Minister of Public Security, President of the Vietnam Public Security Sports Association, in recognition of the group's positive and effective contributions to the sports movement of the Public Security Forces.
