BTO-124 chairpersons and vice-chairpersons of women's unions in communes and wards throughout the province are attending a skills and professional training course organized by the Provincial Women's Union.
Over three days (June 19-21), Women's Union officials received information and guidance from speakers on seven related topics: social work with vulnerable women; skills in handling hotspots; inspection, supervision, complaint resolution, and disciplinary enforcement within the Vietnam Women's Union system for the 2022-2027 term; skills in attracting and gathering female members and managing resources; social monitoring and criticism for the 2022-2027 term; skills in collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information and writing reports; and guidance on organizing conferences.
The training helps grassroots Women's Union officials to grasp and update the basic and necessary knowledge and skills to effectively carry out propaganda work at the local level. It promotes a proactive role in responding to and effectively resolving social issues related to women, minimizing negative impacts, improving the quality of life for women, and thereby successfully implementing key tasks and programs.
