On May 20, 2024 in Can Tho City, the Ministry of Health announced the decision to appoint the Director of the Southwest Regional Center for Forensic Psychiatry. Deputy Minister of Health Do Xuan Tuyen presented the decision and delivered a speech at the ceremony.
Attending the ceremony were comrade Nguyen Tuan Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel; representatives of a number of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry of Health, along with the entire Board of Directors, leaders of departments/offices/units of the Southwest Regional Center for Forensic Psychiatry.
At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Health, comrade Nguyen Tuan Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, announced the decision of the Minister of Health to appoint the Director of the Southwest Regional Center for Forensic Psychiatry.

Accordingly, in Decision No. 1066 QD/BYT dated April 25, 2024, the Minister of Health appointed Mr. Le Vu Hoang, Master of Medicine, Medical Doctor, forensic psychiatrist, Deputy Director of the Southwest Regional Center for Forensic Psychiatry to hold the position of Director of the Southwest Regional Center for Forensic Psychiatry.
The term of office is 05 years, starting from May 1, 2024. The Decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Health Do Xuan Tuyen congratulated comrade Le Vu Hoang on being trusted by the Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Health to hold the position of Director of the Southwestern Regional Center for Forensic Psychiatry.
"Congratulations to comrade Le Vu Hoang for having been trusted by the Party Committee of the Ministry of Health. After a period of implementing the prescribed procedures, he was appointed by the Minister of Health to the position of Director of the Center for Forensic Psychiatry in the Southwest region" - Deputy Minister of Health Do Xuan Tuyen said.
Deputy Minister of Health Do Xuan Tuyen requested Director of the Southwest Regional Center for Forensic Psychiatry Le Vu Hoang and comrades in the Board of Directors, Party Committee and the Center to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, uphold responsibility, strive to fulfill assigned tasks, and build the Center to increasingly develop to meet the increasing needs of society.

Speaking and accepting the assignment, comrade Le Vu Hoang, Director of the Southwest Regional Center for Forensic Psychiatry, respectfully expressed his thanks to the Party Executive Committee, the leaders of the Ministry of Health, the Center's Board of Directors, the leaders of departments and offices, and all the officials and employees of the Center for their support and trust in him. Receiving such support is both an honor and a great responsibility for him personally.
Comrade Le Vu Hoang also promised to devote all his heart, energy and intelligence with the highest sense of responsibility and enthusiasm to best complete the assigned tasks to make the Southwest Regional Center for Forensic Psychiatry increasingly strong and contribute to the health care career of the health sector./.
