Financial support resources from domestic agencies, organizations and individuals are received, managed and used in accordance with state budget regulations. Support resources in the form of research results from agencies, organizations and experts; sponsorship of awards for organizations and individuals; inputs for organizing conferences, seminars, training, research, surveys and training are received, managed and used in accordance with the provisions of the law on planning and other relevant laws.

The principles of support and use of support resources must ensure objectivity, publicity, transparency; correct goals and purposes; economical, effective; voluntary; for the common benefit of the community and society, not for profit. Do not accept support resources from domestic and foreign organizations and individuals for the construction and appraisal of planning tasks.
