Ministry of Foreign Affairs disseminates and implements Resolution of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee

The national conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee was held in a direct and online format with the Central bridge at Dien Hong Hall, National Assembly House, Hanoi city and the bridge points of the Party Committees, Provincial Party Committees, and City Party Committees directly under the Central Government.

At the Conference, delegates listened to Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council Nguyen Xuan Thang deliver the topic: "Key, core contents, new points in the Draft Political Report at the 14th National Party Congress and the Draft Summary Report on a number of theoretical and practical issues on the work of innovation in the direction of socialism over the past 40 years in Vietnam".

Politburo member, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh delivered the topic: "Key, core contents, new points in the Draft Report on the assessment of 5 years of implementing the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021-2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development in 5 years 2026-2030 and on the socio-economic situation, state budget in 2024, plan for 2025; 3-year state finance-budget plan 2025-2027; on the policy of investing in high-speed railway on the North-South axis; on the policy of establishing Hue city directly under the Central Government".

Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission Le Minh Hung delivered the topic: "Key, core contents, new points in the Draft Report summarizing the Party building work and implementing the Party Charter during the 13th Congress term; some basic contents on amending the Party's Election Regulations; on summarizing the personnel work of the 13th Congress and building directions for personnel work of the 14th Party Congress".

In his concluding remarks at the conference, General Secretary and President To Lam emphasized that the organization of the Conference to thoroughly grasp and implement it on a large scale and systematically throughout the Party affirmed the special importance of the Resolution for the country's development in the new period, as well as the urgent need for strong, drastic implementation, achieving substantial results throughout the Party, the entire people, and the entire political system.

He affirmed that with the great achievements after nearly 80 years of founding the country, with the position and strength that have been accumulated, with new opportunities and fortunes, we have gathered all the conditions and are facing a historic opportunity to bring the country into a new era, an era of national growth, an era of development and prosperity, successfully realizing the wishes of President Ho Chi Minh and the aspirations of the entire nation, successfully building a Vietnam with rich people, strong country, democratic, fair, civilized society, on par with the world powers.

To achieve this goal, the 10th Central Conference has agreed on political determination, strategic breakthroughs, directions, and strategic solutions with new thinking and awareness; has agreed on policies for many important tasks to accelerate and break through to the finish line to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and best prepare for Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.
