At about 1:20 p.m. on September 7, at the border stream area of Marker 1313 + 300 m (Na Sa village, Hoanh Mo commune, Binh Lieu district, Quang Ninh), the patrol team of the Hoanh Mo Border Guard Station discovered a man carrying 23 green pineapple sacks across the border with suspicious signs. Upon inspection, it was found that these goods were pig organs in the process of decomposition.
Quang Duc Border Guard Station seized nearly 5 tons of pig organs of unknown origin.
During the inspection, the border guards discovered that each sack contained smelly salted pig intestines, with a total weight of 1,350 kg.
Working with the authorities, the man identified himself as Chiu A Si (39 years old, residing in Na Sa village, Hoanh Mo commune, Binh Lieu district); and could not present documents related to all of the above goods.
The Hoanh Mo Border Guard Station seized the above goods to carry out destruction procedures and administratively sanction Mr. Chiu A Si.

Previously, on the morning of September 7, in the Van Toc village area, Quang Duc commune, Hai Ha district (Quang Ninh), the patrol team of Quang Duc Border Guard Station (Quang Ninh Border Guard) arrested a car with license plate 14H-02883 entering the border area to illegally transport goods.
Checking the truck bed, the patrol force of Quang Duc Border Guard Station discovered 65 sacks, also containing pig organs, with a total weight of nearly 2 tons and emitting a foul smell.

The driver identified himself as Nguyen Van Viet (30 years old, residing in Ghenh Vo area, Quang Ha town, Hai Ha district). Expanding the investigation, the authorities discovered that Mr. Viet's warehouse was also hiding more than 3.2 tons of frozen pig organs of unknown origin.
Quang Duc Border Guard Station is temporarily holding the above pig organs for handling in accordance with the law.
