At the ceremony, Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel Nguyen The Hieu announced the decision to recruit civil servants to work at units under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan congratulated the newly recruited civil servants; at the same time, congratulated the units on being supplemented with young staff, adding new resources to promote activities in the coming time.
Appreciating the close coordination between the units under the Ministry and the Department of Organization and Personnel, Deputy Minister Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan emphasized that the civil servant recruitment exam of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the past time has been deployed and implemented to ensure publicity, transparency and compliance with regulations. After 2 rounds of examination, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has selected 83 best candidates to pass the exam and be recruited to become civil servants.
According to the Deputy Minister, as citizens, we must fulfill our obligations and fully comply with the provisions of the law. Once we become civil servants, we must also comply with the provisions of the law on cadres and civil servants.
"Immediately after returning to the unit, I request the new civil servants to seriously and fully perform the obligations and responsibilities of civil servants as prescribed in the Law on Cadres and Civil Servants; clearly understand the provisions of the law related to civil servants, the regulations and working regulations of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the unit. Quickly integrate, grasp the work, strive to learn, and constantly strive to complete the assigned work well" , Deputy Minister Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan assigned the task.
At the same time, it is recommended that leaders of units receiving civil servants quickly arrange and assign specific tasks, and provide adequate facilities and working conditions so that new civil servants can immediately start work.

On behalf of 83 new civil servants receiving the Recruitment Decision, the new civil servant of the Department of Trade Defense Huynh Quoc Hung expressed his honor and pride to be in the ranks of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

I promise to constantly improve, learn, and be open-minded to improve my working capacity, raise my awareness, and contribute to the development of the Ministry of Industry and Trade," affirmed the new civil servant Huynh Quoc Hung.
Representatives of the new civil servants also expressed their hope that they will continue to receive support and assistance from the Ministry's leaders, unit leaders, and seniors to help them quickly integrate into the unit, gradually improve themselves, and maximize their capacity to successfully complete the tasks assigned by their superiors.

After the ceremony, the new civil servants will complete the missing documents in the recruitment file so that the Department of Organization and Personnel can hand over the file to the management unit according to the hierarchy.
