Ministry of Public Security dismantles prostitution ring involving many models, hot girls, tiktokers, singers

A prostitution brokerage ring involving models, hot girls, tiktokers, and singers has just been busted by the Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security.

On the afternoon of November 3, the Criminal Police Department presided over and coordinated with the Criminal Police Department, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Police to arrest 3 couples of men and women in the act of prostitution, in which the prostitutes included: VTTT (model, hot girl tiktoker); HPTH (model, hot facebooker) and LHP (model, beauty queen of Asia). At the same time, they prevented a couple of men and women from preparing to leave the country for Singapore to engage in prostitution under the guise of foreign tourism, the prostitute was identified as TTL (singer).

The subjects prosecuted in the case

Based on collected evidence, the Investigation Police Agency, Ministry of Public Security summoned and urgently searched the residences of 3 subjects for prostitution brokerage, including: Huynh Thanh Thuan (born in 1990, residing in District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, working as a makeup artist, personal style expert); Pham Do Nhat Duy (born in 1985, residing in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, is a freelancer); Le Thi Thu Thao (born in 1985, residing in Kien Giang province, is a freelancer).

At the investigation agency, the three above-mentioned subjects confessed that they had been working as prostitution brokers since the beginning of 2023. During this time, Thuan, Duy, and Thao brokered for many prostitutes and customers, illegally earning hundreds of millions of dong.

On October 24, after someone wanted to buy sex from young, beautiful prostitutes working in showbiz, Huynh Ngoc Thuan introduced TTL, LHP, HPTH as models, beauty queens, and singers working in Vietnamese showbiz, regularly appearing in the media, and having a large following on social networks.

Recently, the Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security discovered that in the Vietnamese showbiz world, there are prostitution brokerage and trading activities in many forms with sophisticated methods and tricks, causing negative impacts on Vietnam's cultural traditions.

From 2020 to present, the Criminal Police Department has established, successfully fought and destroyed many prostitution brokerage cases, prostitutes are contestants participating in beauty pageants, supermodels, actors, famous singers...

Prostitution brokers are often people directly involved in showbiz such as show organizers, managers, makeup artists, and personal style consultants; at the same time, it is determined that prostitution brokerage in the form of "sextour" still exists. The price of prostitution can be up to thousands of USD/tour, depending on the time and location of prostitution, whether domestic or foreign.

For the above prostitution ring, the price for sex buyers and prostitutes is from 60 to 100 million VND/domestic tour (2 days) and 6,000 USD for foreign tour (2 days).

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security has issued a decision to prosecute the prostitution brokerage case; decisions to prosecute the three defendants Huynh Thanh Thuan, Pham Do Nhat Duy and Le Thi Thu Thao. The case is under further investigation.
