Provincial Party Secretary Quan Minh Cuong visited and presented gifts to the families of the first Party cell members of the province.

On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the first Communist Party cell of the province (April 1, 1930 - April 1, 2025), on the morning of April 1, Comrade Quan Minh Cuong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation led a working delegation of the province to visit and present gifts to the families of the comrades of the first Party cell of the province. Accompanying him were Comrade Le Hai Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, leaders of Cao Bang city and Hoa An district.

Provincial Party Secretary Quan Minh Cuong and the delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of Mr. Hoang The Vinh, son of comrade Hoang Van Non, at Group 3, Old Street, Hop Giang Ward, City; visited and presented gifts to the family of Mr. Nong Van Thanh, grandson of comrade Nong Van Do, at Group 9, De Tham Ward, City; visited and presented gifts to the family of Mr. Le Quang Dan, grandson of comrade Le Doan Chu, at Hao Lich Hamlet, Hoang Tung Commune, Hoa An District.

Provincial Party Secretary Quan Minh Cuong visited the family of Mr. Nong Van Thanh - grandson of comrade Nong Van Do, at group 9, De Tham ward (Cao Bang city).

At the places he visited, the Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quan Minh Cuong province, kindly inquired about the health and life of the family members of the first Party Cell of the province; expressed his feelings, gratitude, and deep gratitude for the contributions and dedication of the families who have made many contributions to the cause of struggle, national liberation, and national reunification. Emphasizing that the revolutionary predecessors are the generations who have made glorious history of the nation; always being an example of patriotism, brave fighting spirit for the generation of cadres, party members, especially the young generation today to learn and follow, the Provincial Party Secretary wished the families to preserve and promote the precious traditional revolutionary values, encourage their children and grandchildren to work, study, and contribute to the locality to build Cao Bang homeland to become increasingly prosperous, civilized, and become the province with the highest happiness index. The Provincial Party Secretary requested that local Party committees and authorities regularly pay attention to and well implement policies and regimes for families of people with revolutionary contributions in the area, ensuring that policy families have a prosperous, full and happy life.

Representatives of the families expressed their emotion at the attention and encouragement of the Party, State, Party committees and authorities at all levels and promised to preserve and promote revolutionary traditions, well implement the Party's guidelines and policies and laws of the State, and actively contribute to the overall development of the locality.
