Successfully carry out the tasks
At Na Loi Border Guard Station, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung presented gifts and wished a Happy New Year to the units: Border Guard Station, Military Command and Na Loi Commune Police.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Viet Ha said that Na Loi Border Guard Station is responsible for managing and protecting 6,748 km of border, with 3 landmarks. The area the unit is responsible for includes 2 communes Na Loi and Dooc May, with 11 villages, a total population of 857 households with 4,205 people.
Over the years, the unit's officers and soldiers have always been united, overcome difficulties, and completed their tasks well; advised and coordinated with the Party Committee, authorities and people of Na Loi and Doc May communes to successfully carry out the task of firmly protecting the country's territorial sovereignty and border security.

Na Loi Border Guard Station has coordinated with forces stationed in the area and the Lao border protection force on the opposite side to perform well the tasks of patrolling, controlling and firmly protecting the border system and national border markers, effectively preventing and combating all types of crimes and violations of border regulations; regularly visiting, congratulating and exchanging on the occasion of holidays and Tet.
Na Loi Border Guard Station has effectively implemented activities to build a strong national border defense; supported people in harvesting crops, repairing damaged houses, overcoming landslides, and sponsoring 20 poor students.

The unit effectively maintains economic development models, helps people eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, protects border security, builds and consolidates the grassroots political system with many outstanding models, brings economic efficiency, contributes to improving and enhancing the lives of many households in the two communes.
Promote the role of commune-strengthened cadres, party members temporarily working at village party cells and assign party members to be in charge of households in border areas. The station has 3 party members temporarily working at 3 village party cells of Dooc May commune; assign 23 party members to be in charge of 92 households in the border areas of 2 communes.

In preparation for the Lunar New Year 2025, Na Loi Border Guard Station has developed plans to carry out combat readiness well, and at the same time coordinate with local authorities to ensure security and order for people to enjoy a safe, healthy and cozy Tet holiday.
Develop plans, advise and coordinate with local Party committees and authorities to implement the programs "Border Spring - Warming the hearts of the villagers", "Tet for the poor". The unit has been coordinating and calling for organizations and individuals to carry out volunteer activities to care for the poor and policy families in the area during Tet.
Continue to keep the area peaceful, care about helping people develop the economy
Speaking at the program, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung shared the difficulties of the Party Committee, government, people of Na Loi commune and armed forces; however, in the past time, they have made efforts to carry out the tasks of socio-economic development, firmly protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security.

In difficult conditions, the armed forces have paid attention to helping people develop the economy, eliminate hunger and reduce poverty: staying close to the people, staying close to the villages, staying close to the area to effectively build a national defense, associated with the people's security posture, the people's border defense posture, maintaining stability in the border area.

Emphasizing the advantages and difficulties in 2025, the Provincial Party Secretary said that Nghe An will be determined to implement the Party and State's policy of accelerating and breaking through to achieve development goals in 2025 and the entire term. Nghe An sets a target and is determined to achieve double-digit growth.
To achieve that goal, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung said that it requires the efforts and determination of the entire political system from the province to the grassroots. Each locality and field must strive to achieve the highest level of the set goals and targets.

A prerequisite and important factor to achieve high development goals is to maintain regional stability, especially in mountainous and border areas, which are important areas for national defense and security.
In that spirit, the Provincial Party Secretary hopes that the armed forces in the area will continue to promote the achieved results, strive to maintain stability to contribute to the local economic development, and contribute to the development of the province.
Emphasizing the tasks for the armed forces in the area, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the forces to proactively coordinate, grasp the situation, assess and forecast the situation correctly, and promptly advise the Party Committee and government to organize and effectively carry out the task of managing and protecting border security and sovereignty.

The head of the Provincial Party Committee also requested the armed forces to continue to be proactive in preventing, combating and defeating the sabotage plots of hostile forces, preventing the exploitation of religion and ethnicity to incite people in the spirit of "early, far, deep", not being passive and surprised; strengthening the prevention of crimes and violations in border areas; and performing well the work of border diplomacy and people's diplomacy.
Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung requested all levels and sectors to pay attention to the regime and policies for cadres and soldiers. Armed forces units coordinate with Party committees and authorities to take care of Tet for people in the spirit of everyone having Tet, leaving no one behind; building a border area with strong security, political stability, and gradually developing economy.
