In 2025, Thanh Hoa City will have 255 young people enlisted in the following units: Division 301 (Hanoi Capital Command), Army Corps 12, Regiment 762 (Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Command), Thanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard Command, Provincial Police, Division 324 (Military Region 4), 100% of young people have participated in Party awareness training classes, 162 young people have been admitted to the Party.

To ensure the selection and recruitment of citizens to join the army in accordance with regulations, ensuring democracy, objectivity, fairness and compliance with the law, the Thanh Hoa City Military Service Council has closely coordinated with wards, communes and related units to organize screening, preliminary selection and medical examination to ensure quality.

Thanks to the good selection work, Thanh Hoa City achieved 100% of the target assigned by the Provincial People's Committee.
