The Politburo decided that Mr. Pham Gia Tuc, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, will cease to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and will cease to hold the position of Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; and transfer, assign, and appoint Mr. Pham Gia Tuc to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the Party Central Committee.
Standing member of the Secretariat, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Cam Tu presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Mr. Pham Gia Tuc.
Mr. Tran Cam Tu affirmed that Mr. Pham Gia Tuc is a capable and experienced cadre, who has received basic training, matured from the grassroots, and has been trained and tested through many leadership positions in many localities, agencies, and units.
Mr. Tuc always strives, works hard, trains, and completes all tasks well. With his work experience, he will quickly take over and approach the work, and together with the Central Office leadership team, continue to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
The Standing Secretariat noted that there is only a little over a year left until the 14th Party Congress, with a huge amount of work to be completed and very high requirements.
The Central Party Office is an advisory body, assisting the Central Executive Committee, directly the Politburo , the Secretariat; the Standing Committee of the Organization Subcommittee serving the 14th Congress and is actively implementing 3 important projects assigned by the Politburo and the Secretariat.
Mr. Tran Cam Tu requested the leadership of the Party Central Office to thoroughly grasp the Party's viewpoints, policies and resolutions, especially the direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and General Secretary To Lam on strongly innovating the Party's leadership and governance methods; proactively innovate, be creative, and promptly concretize the guiding ideology in the process of advising and implementing assigned tasks, improve the professionalism and efficiency of office work, and be determined to take the lead in digital transformation...
At the same time, actively coordinate with relevant agencies to well prepare and serve the 14th National Party Congress to ensure the highest quality and efficiency.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Pham Gia Tuc expressed his deep gratitude to General Secretary To Lam and the Politburo for entrusting him with this honor and responsibility; and thanked the Party Committee, government and people of Nam Dinh province for helping him successfully complete his tasks during nearly 4 years of work.
He said that he will always improve his sense of responsibility and working capacity, make more efforts to overcome all difficulties and challenges; inherit and promote the valuable traditions and experiences of the Party Central Office staff through the periods, promptly grasp assigned tasks with the spirit of innovation, creativity, will and aspiration to rise of the Party Central Office.
He will join the leaders, cadres, civil servants and employees of the Party Central Office in solidarity, joint efforts, unanimity, determination, resoluteness and determination to carry out tasks effectively, increasingly better meet the high requirements and great responsibilities of the Party agency; provide accurate and timely advice with increasingly high quality to serve the leadership and direction of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo and the Secretariat.
