The Steering Committee is headed by Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. Comrades Nguyen Duc Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Van Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee are Deputy Heads of the Committee. The Steering Committee also has 18 members who are members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of relevant departments, branches and units.
Also in Decision No. 1700, the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee for summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18 was established, with comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee as Head of the Standing Committee. The Steering Committee is responsible for directing the summary of the implementation of Resolution No. 18; proposing innovation and rearrangement of the political system's apparatus to be streamlined, strong, effective, efficient and effective to submit to the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee to report to the Politburo, the Central Steering Committee and the Central Organizing Committee.
The Head of the Steering Committee is responsible for assigning tasks to members of the Steering Committee and developing and promulgating working regulations. The Steering Committee operates on a part-time basis. During its operation, the Steering Committee is allowed to use the seal of the Provincial Party Committee. The Steering Committee is assisted by a working group established by the Steering Committee.
The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee is assigned the task of the Standing Body of the Steering Committee to summarize the implementation of Resolution No. 18.
