On the afternoon of August 5, at the Thanh Hoa Bishop's Palace, Comrade Do Trong Hung, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and the provincial working delegation had a cordial meeting and congratulated Archbishop Nguyen Chi Linh, Bishop of Hue Diocese, former Bishop of Thanh Hoa Diocese, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of his episcopal ordination.
Comrade Do Trong Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and provincial leaders presented flowers to congratulate Archbishop Nguyen Chi Linh.

Respectfully sending Archbishop Nguyen Chi Linh his warm regards and best wishes on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Archbishop's ordination as Bishop, Provincial Party Secretary Do Trong Hung stated: During the 12 years he held the position of Bishop of Thanh Hoa Diocese, Bishop Nguyen Chi Linh not only made many contributions to the diocese, guiding priests, religious and parishioners to live a good life and a good religion; but also made many contributions to the overall development of the province, especially in building and developing good relationships, understanding and sharing between the Bishop's Office and local Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and organizations; building religious solidarity, thereby contributing to consolidating and strengthening the great national solidarity.
Provincial Party Secretary Do Trong Hung expressed his joy that this good relationship has been maintained and developed until today. In particular, in recent years, the Thanh Hoa Bishopric under the leadership of Bishop Nguyen Duc Cuong has coordinated and accompanied the province in implementing many programs and activities of profound humanitarian significance, especially the program to support the construction of houses for people living on the river, creating conditions for hundreds of households to have a stable life.
