Towards the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024), on the afternoon of April 25, a working delegation led by comrade Tran Van Hai, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises, visited and presented gifts to relatives of martyrs, wounded soldiers, former youth volunteers, and frontline laborers who participated in and served in the Dien Bien Phu campaign, currently living in Nhu Thanh district.

At the places visited, on behalf of the provincial leaders, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc Tran Van Hai inquired about the health and life of the martyrs, soldiers of Dien Bien, youth volunteers, and frontline workers who contributed to the historic victory of Dien Bien Phu with our army and people.

The Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc expressed his wish that relatives, people who worship martyrs, former youth volunteers, frontline workers, and Dien Bien soldiers continue to uphold the revolutionary tradition, educate and encourage their children and grandchildren to actively study, work, and implement the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws; continue to promote the revolutionary tradition of the homeland of Nhu Thanh and the spirit of Dien Bien soldiers in the past, contributing their intelligence and efforts to build Thanh Hoa to become more and more developed.
