Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital appoints 2 new deputy directors

Attending the decision announcement ceremony were Prof. Dr. Tran Diep Tuan, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Quoc Dat - Member of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Principal in charge; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang Bac - Member of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Principal, Hospital Director; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Chinh, Member of the Party Committee Executive Committee, Vice Principal; along with teachers and doctors who are leaders of units of the school and hospital.

Speaking at the assignment of tasks to the two new vice directors, Prof. Dr. Tran Diep Tuan said: "As a key national university, Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy always demonstrates its leading position in training, scientific research and health care. Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital is the school's practice hospital, therefore, it must always demonstrate its professional leadership and leadership in the medical field. We need to further promote scientific research, increase international publications, closely combine treatment, training and scientific research to train leading experts in the medical field."

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Ngo Quoc Dat said: "With the vision of previous generations of teachers who pioneered in building and developing the university's practice hospital, Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital has achieved many proud results in professional work and administration. The school hopes that the two new deputy directors will continue the achievements of previous generations, continue to build a hospital-school model approaching the world model, pioneer in hospital administration, implement innovation, creativity and digital transformation in all hospital activities".

Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Associate Professor, Doctor, Doctor Nguyen Hoang Dinh expressed his gratitude to the teachers in the School Council, the Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy, the Party Committee of the hospital department, and the Board of Directors for their attention, trust and confidence.

Mr. Hoang Dinh pledged to always strive, be proactive and creative in assigned tasks; closely connect with units to build a positive working environment, develop the hospital in accordance with the school's orientation.

On this occasion, Professor, Doctor, Doctor Tran Diep Tuan sent his gratitude to Professor, Doctor, Doctor Truong Quang Binh, former Deputy Director in charge of professional affairs, for his contributions to the hospital's development in recent times.
