According to information from Field Hospital 2.6, which is on duty in South Sudan, in the first days of taking over the mission in the area, the handover, access and implementation of hospital activities encountered many difficulties.
But the hospital staff showed great determination, coordinated with the remaining forces of Level 2 Field Hospital No. 5 (BVDC 2.5) to both hand over and guide the process, ensuring the continuity of medical examination and treatment activities.
Since its inception, the hospital has continuously received and treated many emergency cases with a variety of diseases.

Specifically, hospital staff and doctors admitted a patient to the hospital with chest pain and rapid pulse, at one point reaching 211 beats per minute.
Immediately, the hospital's emergency and internal medicine doctors quickly treated and stabilized the patient's heart rate to within safe limits.
At the same time, the hospital organized a consultation that night, with the participation of doctors from two teams, Field Hospital 2.5 and Field Hospital 2.6, to provide timely diagnosis and treatment.
Currently, all information about the patient's health status and treatment results have been fully reported to the health management agency according to the hierarchy.
Although the patient has been stabilized, the facilities of Field Hospital 2.6 are not yet qualified to find the exact cause of the disease.
Therefore, the patient was indicated for air medical transport to a higher medical facility in the capital Juba (Bentiu).
Lieutenant Colonel Tran Anh Duc - Director of the Field Hospital, said this is a good opportunity for Field Hospital 2.6 to carry out a complicated procedure of air medical transport with many related steps and processes.
This is also a specific practical lesson in the process of ensuring patient health when traveling by helicopter.
The current case has been safely transported and handed over to the Indian hospital in Juba.
