According to the investigation, the incident happened at 4:20 p.m. on December 8. The traffic police officer in the clip is Major Nguyen Minh Thai, an officer of the Cat Lai Traffic Police Team (HCMC Traffic Police Department).

Accordingly, while on duty to direct traffic at the intersection of Mai Chi Tho - Luong Dinh Cua Street, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, a man carrying a small child was having convulsions and panicked, calling for help.

Immediately, Major Nguyen Minh Thai reported to the commander and used a special vehicle to take the father and son to Children's Hospital 2 (District 1) for timely emergency care.

It is known that the man was on the way to take his child (about 7 months old) who had a fever to Children's Hospital 2 when the child had a seizure. Because the road was crowded and the situation was extremely serious, the man quickly grabbed his child and ran to the police for help.
