Accordingly, on Tiktok, a clip was posted and shared showing a man riding a suitcase on the streets in the center of Ho Chi Minh City. Realizing that this was a violation of traffic laws and creating bad public opinion, the Traffic Police Department coordinated with other units to verify.

The person “riding” the suitcase in the middle of the street is Mr. ZT (75 years old, Chinese nationality). The incident happened on streets such as Nguyen Hue, Le Thanh Ton… in District 1, on the morning of March 20.

Mr. ZT stayed at a hotel in Binh Tan District. Working with the police, the hotel owner said that Mr. ZT had checked out and the hotel car took him to Tan Son Nhat Airport on the morning of March 21. The Traffic Police Department determined that the suitcase the man used to travel was not a means of transport and was not allowed to circulate on the streets.
