The working group approached the scene and discovered the following subjects: Hoang Dai Nghia, born in 1988, residing in Luong Do village, Coc San commune, Lao Cai city; Ly Lao Ta, born in 2005, residing in Trung Chai village, Phin Ngan commune, Bat Xat district; Ly Thi Lam, born in 2002, residing in Ma Pho village, Nam Khanh commune, Bac Ha district; Hoang Minh Thu, born in 2007, residing in Tang Loong town, Bao Thang district; Trieu Thi M., born in 2008, residing in Phu Nhuan commune, Bao Thang district; Phung Thi Tr., born in 2008, residing in Gia Phu commune, Bao Thang district.

The seized exhibits included: 1 ceramic plate with white dry powder on the surface; 1 citizen identification card in the name of Tan Minh Duc; 1 empty plastic bag and 1 polymer banknote with a face value of 20,000 VND rolled up and secured with a cigarette butt.

The subjects present in the room confessed to using ketamine and candy drugs. The drugs were brought by Hoang Dai Nghia for everyone to use.
