(Dan Tri) - When the Traffic Police made a record, Ms. Luan in Thanh Hoa tried to ask for permission but was refused and bit the hand of an officer in the working group.
On the afternoon of November 29, the Investigation Police Department of Lang Chanh District Police, Thanh Hoa Province arrested Quach Thi Luan (born in 1977), residing in Tri Nang Commune, Lang Chanh District, for resisting a person on official duty.
Previously, at around 6:30 a.m. on November 28, while patrolling and controlling traffic on Provincial Road 530, through Tri Nang Commune, the patrol team of Lang Chanh District Police discovered Ms. Luan violating traffic safety laws and drew up a record of administrative violations. However, Ms. Luan did not sign the record of violation and went elsewhere.

At around 7:30 a.m. the same day, Ms. Luan returned to the patrol team to ask not to handle the violation. However, when the authorities explained and suggested that she go to Lang Chanh District Police to handle the violation, she cursed and demanded that the working group handle the violation on the spot.
Although the traffic police continued to explain, Ms. Luan still did not comply and even obstructed the police from performing their duties. Ms. Luan even bit an officer in the task force on the hand, requiring 12 stitches.
Faced with Ms. Luan's actions, the working group drew up a record of the arrest of Ms. Quach Thi Luan and handed her over to the Investigation Police Department of Lang Chanh District Police.
