Arrest the uncle.

On June 18th, authorities arrested a suspect in connection with the death of a young man at his home in Da Phuc ward (Duong Kinh district, Hai Phong ).

The suspect has been identified as Tran Huu Con (born in 1964, the victim's uncle). Con was arrested at nearly 10:00 AM the same day while hiding in Tien Lang district (Hai Phong).

On June 17th, TCN (born in 1991) was found dead in his bed by his family with several unusual signs, and next to him was a device resembling an electric shock device.

Based on initial investigations, the police have identified the suspect in the case as Tran Huu Con and issued a warrant for his arrest.

The family stated that Côn was N.'s uncle, who worked in Binh Duong . Recently, he returned to his hometown and stayed overnight at N.'s house on the night of June 16th. When relatives discovered N. dead, Côn was nowhere to be found.
