Mr. Ly Ve Phong (Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China) said: I often enter Vietnam through Huu Nghi International Border Gate to do business. Most of us, foreign visitors, feel very comfortable when arriving at the border gate because of the service attitude and quick handling of administrative procedures by the authorities at the border gate. When there are problems or issues related to documents, everyone proactively informs the Border Guard officers and is given thoughtful guidance by the authorities here.

When doing immigration procedures through Huu Nghi International Border Gate, I and many others are always guided very enthusiastically by Border Guard officers, the procedures are very quick and easy. If there are any changes in paperwork, Border Guard officers always proactively notify so that everyone who enters and exits here can complete them.”
