The storm continued to move at a speed of 20 km/h in a North-Northwest direction and gradually weakened. At 4:00 a.m. on July 29, the storm was located at about 28.6 degrees North latitude, 117 degrees East longitude; the strongest wind was below level 6.
Due to the influence of the storm, the northeastern sea area of the North East Sea has stormy rain, strong winds of level 6-7, near the storm center strong winds of level 11-13, gusting to level 15; rough seas; waves 3-5m high, near the storm center 7-9m.
On July 28, the North and Thanh Hoa regions will experience localized heat. The region from Nghe An to Quang Ngai will experience heat, with some areas experiencing severe heat with the highest temperature commonly ranging from 35-37 degrees Celsius, some areas above 37 degrees Celsius; the lowest relative humidity commonly ranging from 55-60%. From July 29, the heat in the Central region will gradually ease.
