Dan Tri Newspaper launches Vietnam Traffic Safety Initiative Contest 2024

According to information from the organizing committee, the Vietnam Traffic Safety Initiative Competition 2024 will be held from August to November nationwide, aiming to find initiatives and technological solutions to support traffic to solve existing problems and shortcomings in road traffic in Vietnam today.

The contest is one of two key activities of the Vietnam Traffic Safety Forum, along with a series of online seminars with the participation of representatives of management agencies and leading experts.

After the success of the Vietnam Traffic Safety Program in 2022 and 2023, the upgrade to the Vietnam Traffic Safety Forum is expected by the organizers to continue to build a solid bridge between the State management agency on traffic safety and order and the people.

At the same time, the forum also aims to support the search and development of creative ideas and products to solve Vietnam's traffic problems.

On behalf of the organizing committee of the Vietnam Traffic Safety Initiative Contest, journalist Pham Tuan Anh, Editor-in-Chief of Dan Tri Newspaper, believes that the Vietnam Traffic Safety Forum as well as the Vietnam Traffic Safety Initiative Contest 2024 will continue to receive strong support.

"We call for the active participation of the entire community. Let's share initiatives and solutions together to build a safer Vietnam on all roads," journalist Pham Tuan Anh shared.

The Vietnam Traffic Safety Initiative Contest 2024 began accepting entries from August 6, encouraging all Vietnamese citizens living in the country or abroad, and foreigners living in Vietnam to participate.

Participants can submit entries in one of two topics: Technology application solutions in traffic management, warning to reduce violations of road traffic regulations and laws and Technology application solutions in warning and reducing traffic accident rates at intersections.

The competition is sponsored by the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) and professional consulting units from many universities and transport industry experts.
