The Propaganda sector of Dak Lak province, after nearly 80 years of construction and development, has grown from a very small number of cadres propagating the policies and guidelines of the Viet Minh Front in the days after the August Revolution. Up to now, the organization and force doing ideological and propaganda work in the province have made continuous progress. The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department currently has 31 cadres and specialists; 19 propaganda and training departments of district, town, and city Party Committees and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee have nearly 120 cadres and specialists. At the grassroots level, all 184 communes, wards and towns have cadres in charge of propaganda work. The team of reporters and propagandists from the province to the grassroots has nearly 4,500 people and more than 370 social opinion collaborators.
In addition, the province's political theory training and fostering system, together with local press agencies; ideological, cultural, and scientific agencies from the province to the grassroots level, have formed a strong "army", an important force that, together with the Propaganda sector, has successfully completed political tasks.
