At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on the appointment of officials. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee decided to appoint comrade Dinh Van Nghia, Head of the Information and Synthesis Department (Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department) to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, with a term of appointment of 5 years, starting from March 1, 2024.
Presenting the Decision, congratulating flowers and assigning tasks to Comrade Dinh Van Nghia, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Comrade Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of Comrade Dinh Van Nghia in his positions. Over 17 years of working at the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Comrade Dinh Van Nghia has constantly strived, trained, overcome difficulties, strived to fulfill well and excellently the assigned tasks; received attention, training, and development from the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department through the periods, and gradually matured.
Based on the capacity, strengths, working process of the cadre and considering the proposal of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee decided to appoint comrade Dinh Van Nghia to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department. This is a joy not only for comrade Dinh Van Nghia and his family but also a common joy for the Department and the provincial Propaganda sector.
Emphasizing the important role of propaganda work and the requirements in the new situation, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested that, in his new position, Comrade Dinh Van Nghia continue to strive to practice in all aspects, regularly study, learn, improve professional qualifications, skills, leadership and direction to work with the collective leadership of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to advise the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to lead and direct the effective implementation of propaganda work. In the immediate future, focus on advising and directing the implementation of preparations for Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Party Congress.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also requested the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and relevant agencies to continue to pay attention to creating conditions and helping Mr. Dinh Van Nghia to successfully complete his tasks, contributing to building a strong Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, making worthy contributions to the socio-economic development and Party building of the province in the coming time...
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Bui Mai Hoa, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, thanked the attention of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for creating conditions for the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to complete its personnel from local planning sources, adding more strength to the Department's leadership team, better meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested that in the coming time, Comrade Dinh Van Nghia continue to train, strive, and excellently fulfill his new responsibility, worthy of the trust and assignment of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. In the new position, he promised to constantly cultivate, practice, study, maintain political courage, be steadfast in his goals, be quick, timely, proactive, creative, bold, decisive, unite with the collective leadership of the Committee, focus on advising, leading, and directing the successful implementation of the tasks of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, contributing to protecting the Party's ideological foundation and the trust of all classes of people.
