The Central Organizing Committee thoroughly grasps and implements the Central Committee's new documents on Party building and organization work.

On the afternoon of October 2, the Central Organizing Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement the newly issued regulations and guidelines of the Central Committee on Party building and organization work. Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee chaired the conference. The conference was held online to the connecting points of provincial Party Committees, city Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Central Committee nationwide.

Leaders of the Central Organizing Committee thoroughly grasped the contents of new documents on Party building and organization work and deployed key tasks in Party building work in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Attending the conference at the Quang Ninh province bridge were comrades: Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Vi Ngoc Bich, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and permanent representatives and organizing committees of district, town and city Party Committees in the province.

At the conference, delegates at the connecting points heard the contents of new documents on Party building and organization work, including: Instruction No. 27-HD/BTCTW, dated August 26, 2024 of the Central Organizing Committee guiding some contents of Directive No. 35 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; Regulation No. 142-QD/TW dated April 23, 2024 of the Politburo on piloting the delegation of power and responsibility to leaders in personnel work; Decision No. 143-QD/TW dated May 3, 2024 of the Secretariat on promulgating the model working regulations of district-level Party committees; Regulation No. 145-QD/TW dated May 10, 2024 of the Politburo on the training and updating of knowledge and skills for leaders and managers at all levels; Regulation No. 146-QD/TW dated May 14, 2024 of the Secretariat on the functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure and working relationships of provincial-level Party delegations and Party executive committees; Decision No. 147-QD/TW dated May 14, 2024 of the Secretariat on promulgating the model working regulations of grassroots-level Party committees in state-owned enterprises; Regulation No. 148-QD/TW dated May 23, 2024 of the Politburo on the authority of the head to temporarily suspend subordinate officials from work when necessary or when there are signs of serious violations of Party regulations and State laws; Decision No. 179-QD/TW dated July 8, 2024 of the Secretariat on the model working regulations of the Party delegation and Party executive committee at the Central level and Regulation No. 180-QD/TW dated July 11, 2024 of the Secretariat on senior experts.

Within the framework of the conference, the Central Organizing Committee also held a meeting to evaluate the advantages and achievements in Party building organization in the third quarter; agreed on key tasks for the fourth quarter of 2024. At the same time, it introduced and shared some effective methods; discussed and reflected on difficulties and problems of localities and units.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee, requested Party committees and organizations at all levels to study, thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the contents of regulations and instructions. Based on the documents of the Central Committee, localities and units need to promptly concretize and implement them to ensure they are close to reality and in accordance with regulations. During the implementation process, if any problems, difficulties and practical issues arise, they must be promptly reported to the Central Organizing Committee for synthesis, consultation and reporting to competent authorities.

The Head of the Central Organizing Committee also requested that Party committees and organizations at all levels focus on implementing key tasks in the fourth quarter of 2024, especially focusing on preparations for Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
