Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Linh reported on the contents of the Provincial People's Council meeting and some other important contents.
The meeting listened to the representative of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee report on the submissions and draft resolutions submitted to the 15th Session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, including: Resolution on assigning the number of commune-level cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers at the commune level in the province in 2023; Resolution on stipulating the titles, allowances and concurrent positions of non-professional workers at the commune, village and residential group levels; fixed operating budget levels of socio-political organizations at the commune level; monthly support levels and concurrent allowance levels for people directly participating in activities in villages and residential groups; allowance levels for a number of other titles in Ha Tinh province;
Resolution on supplementing the medium-term public investment plan of local budget capital for the period 2021-2025 for the project to upgrade the office building and auxiliary items of the Provincial Inspectorate headquarters; Resolution on compensation support policy, site clearance, and resettlement of the project to build a water supply system for Vung Ang Economic Zone.
In addition, the meeting also heard reports on the contents related to the conversion of forest use to other purposes to implement the 500 kV Quang Trach - Quynh Luu power line project, the section passing through Ha Tinh province; amending some contents of the project on collection, transportation and treatment of domestic waste in the province until 2025 and the following years; and the policy of adjusting the investment registration certificate of the Hanoi - Nghe Tinh Beer Factory project.

Next, the representative of the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation also reported 8 contents to be submitted for issuance of thematic resolutions at the 15th Session of the 18th Provincial People's Council. The session will take place in 1 session, scheduled to open on the morning of September 22 at the 4th floor hall, Provincial People's Committee Office.
Giving opinions on the contents of the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation and the Provincial People's Committee Party Executive Committee reporting to the Provincial Party Standing Committee to be presented at the 15th Session, the delegates expressed high consensus. The delegates said that the draft resolution submitted to the session must ensure legal procedures and the necessity of promulgation.

The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee directs the Provincial People's Committee, departments and branches to complete the contents and send them to the Provincial People's Council committees for review within the prescribed time.
At this meeting, the Provincial Party Secretary also deployed a number of key tasks in the immediate future, accordingly, focusing on directing the implementation of socio-economic development tasks from now until the end of the year; paying attention to attracting investment, collecting budget, accelerating the disbursement and implementation of public investment capital, creating favorable conditions for investors to implement projects; proactively working with investors who have committed at the investment promotion conference; directing the implementation of administrative unit arrangement at district and commune levels. Inspection and supervision delegations of the Provincial Party Standing Committee implemented tasks according to the program and plan to ensure the set progress.
