On the morning of August 19, under the chairmanship of comrade Do Trong Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial Party Standing Committee Conference was held to give opinions on the Plan to organize party congresses at all levels towards the 20th Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and a number of other important contents.

Comrade Nguyen Van Hung, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, presented the Plan to organize Party Congresses at all levels towards the 20th Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The plan to organize Party Congresses at all levels towards the 20th Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, presented by Comrade Nguyen Van Hung, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, outlined the requirements, content of organization, implementation, dissemination and time for holding the congress. Accordingly, for grassroots-level congresses, the congress duration shall not exceed 2 days, to be completed before June 30, 2025. For district-level and equivalent Party Congresses, the congress duration shall not exceed 3 days, to be completed before August 31, 2025. For provincial Party Congresses, the congress duration shall not exceed 4 days, to be completed before October 31, 2025.

At the conference, the members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee basically agreed with the Plan; at the same time, they gave specific opinions on the preparation of the steps to conduct the grassroots congress; the structure, number of Party Committee members, selection of model congresses and the time to conduct the model congresses...

In his concluding remarks, Provincial Party Secretary Do Trong Hung highly appreciated the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee for preparing the Plan to organize Party Congresses at all levels towards the 20th Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, meticulously, closely with many important contents.

Based on the opinions expressed at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Do Trong Hung systematized the key issues to unify for implementation. At the same time, he requested the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee to urgently complete the plan to deploy the provincial conference before September 2, 2024.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also gave opinions on the Submission on the promulgation of Guidelines for establishing Party organizations in newly established communes, wards and towns after the merger and some issues on the arrangement and assignment of cadres, period 2023 - 2030; Submission on the promulgation of the List of titles, leadership positions and equivalents of the political system of Thanh Hoa province; Submission on the model working regulations of district-level Party committees.
