On December 30, at Huoi Xai village (Tri Le commune, Que Phong district, Nghe An province), Nghe An Provincial Military Command coordinated with Que Phong district to organize the inauguration ceremony and handover of the Community Cultural House to Mong ethnic people with a total cost of 2.5 billion VND.
Huoi Xai village is one of the particularly difficult villages in the border commune of Tri Le (Que Phong district), with 100% of the population being Mong ethnic people. From the "For the Poor" Fund of the Ministry of National Defense, the Community Cultural House project with a total cost of 2.5 billion VND was started in July 2024 by the Nghe An Provincial Military Command as the investor.

With the slogan “All for the people of Huoi Xai, only discuss work, no retreat”, after more than 5 months of construction, up to now, the Huoi Xai Community Cultural House has been completed according to plan, ensuring good quality. With a construction area of 215m2, a scale of a level 4 house and a concrete yard of 542m2.
At the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Hong Loi, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, said: The construction and donation of the Community Cultural House to the locality demonstrates the concern of the Ministry of National Defense, Military Region 4 and officers and soldiers of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command in caring for the cultural and spiritual life of the people of Huoi Xai village, an area with many difficulties in the commune. Thereby, it demonstrates the solidarity between the army and the people between the officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command and the Mong ethnic people in Huoi Xai village in particular, and the people of other ethnic groups in the district and province in general.

Also at the inauguration and handover ceremony, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command, the Que Phong District Military Command and the direct construction unit presented 17 extremely poor households with special difficulties, 17 cotton blankets, 170 kg of rice and 200 warm clothes to students in the village.
