Responding to the peak emulation campaign "Solidarity, coordination, discipline, determination to win" launched by the Provincial Military Command, the Military Command of Binh Luc district has just organized the signing of emulation covenants and deployed specific emulation contents among officers and soldiers of the district's armed forces.

According to the plan, in 2023, Binh Luc district will organize a one-sided CH-CQ exercise at one level on the map and in the field. At the same time, it will direct 8 communes to organize combat exercises in the protected area.

To successfully carry out the exercise task, the Military Command of Binh Luc district requests agencies and units to strengthen propaganda and education for officers and soldiers of the district's armed forces to compete for the highest achievements in military and defense work in general and in the exercise work in particular. Promote the sense of responsibility of officers and soldiers, improve the quality of training of forces, proactively and actively do a good job of preparation, ensure the best conditions for performing the exercise task, be ready for combat, organize communal exercises in the KVPT with practical content, absolute safety and achieve the set goals and requirements.

The peak emulation period aims to create a breakthrough in performing tasks, achieving the highest achievements in drills at all levels and celebrating the 78th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Military Region 3 (October 31, 1945 - October 31, 2023).
