NDO - On the afternoon of December 30, the Party Executive Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc held the 19th (expanded) conference to review the work in 2024 and deploy tasks for 2025.
Delegates attending the conference focused on discussing and supplementing a number of drafts: Report summarizing the work in 2024, directions and key tasks in 2025 of the Party Committee of the Bloc; Report summarizing the inspection and supervision work in 2024, directions and key tasks in 2025; Work program of the Party Committee Executive Committee of the Bloc in 2025 and Draft Political Report (2nd time) of the Party Committee Executive Committee of the Bloc, term XIII.

According to the roadmap for streamlining and streamlining the apparatus, the two Party Committees of the Central Agencies and Central Enterprises will end their operations in the coming time. However, draft documents and important papers will be transferred to the four new Party Committees to continue to inherit, consult, and organize implementation, while ensuring compliance with the progress set out in Directive 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo and Plan No. 182-KH/DUK, dated July 29, 2024 of the Party Committee Executive Committee of the Bloc on organizing party congresses at all levels; while being consistent with the context of reorganizing the organization and apparatus for effective and efficient operation.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Lai Xuan Lam, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc, stated that during the process of restructuring and streamlining the apparatus and until the decision to end operations, merge and consolidate is made, Party committees at all levels must continue to promote, continuously deploy, connect and complete political tasks on schedule. Cadres and Party members must promote responsibility, pioneering spirit and set good examples in completing all assigned tasks.

Comrade Lai Xuan Lam emphasized that 2025 is the year of many important events for the country: the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam; the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification; the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh; the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the year of holding party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress. The Party Committee of the Bloc requested that party committees at all levels focus on a number of key tasks.
Accordingly, urgently complete the summary of work in 2024; deploy tasks in 2025 right from the first days of the year; ensure that professional work is carried out continuously and seamlessly, and that political tasks are not interrupted by streamlining the apparatus.

Currently, the Politburo has assigned the Central Organizing Committee to advise and seek comments to adjust Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress to be consistent with the policy of streamlining the apparatus of organizations and agencies in the political system. Therefore, the Party Committee of the Bloc recommends that Party committees at all levels, immediately after the Politburo issues the Directive (adjustments and supplements), should closely follow and concretize the directives of the Politburo and the instructions of the Central Organizing Committee and the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc on Party congresses at all levels; at the same time, continue to discuss and synthesize comments on the Documents of the 14th National Party Congress.
Focus on disseminating major and key policies from now until the 14th National Party Congress, in conjunction with the achievements and results of implementing the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress of the Bloc and the 13th National Party Congress; continue to research and proactively advise on building and streamlining the organization and apparatus according to the direction of the Central Committee and the General Secretary in the spirit of "running while lining up". In particular, focus on proposing the organization of the apparatus, payroll, and number of specialized cadres of Party committees at all levels, ensuring related policies and regimes, in order to contribute to the successful implementation of the revolution on streamlining the apparatus, operating effectively - efficiently - effectively; regularly grasp the situation of public opinion and the thoughts of cadres, Party members and workers.

Party committees at all levels promote the spirit of solidarity and high unanimity, encourage cadres and party members to work with peace of mind, maintain political will, especially in the period of organizational and apparatus reorganization; enhance the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and party members, especially the heads of Party committees, agencies and units.
At the conference, the Party Committee of the Bloc awarded prizes to 46 party organizations with outstanding achievements in Party building work.
