Held at a very meaningful time, when the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people are looking forward to the 70th anniversary of the historic Dien Bien Phu Victory (1954-2024), the race is an opportunity for the People's Army Newspaper, accompanying units and all participating forces to express their gratitude and deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs and veterans who participated and contributed to the victory "famous in five continents, shaking the earth". Within the framework of this program, the For Vietnamese Stature Fund under the auspices of the North Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (BAC A BANK) became a volunteer partner, coordinating with the People's Army Newspaper to donate 8.8 billion VND to implement social security activities and repay gratitude.

Speaking at the Closing Ceremony - Race Stage in Dien Bien Phu City on May 5, Mr. Chu Nguyen Binh - Deputy General Director of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank shared: “2024 is a special milestone when Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank celebrates its 30th anniversary (September 17, 1994 - September 17, 2024). Throughout the 30-year journey of construction and development, we are proud of the achievements we have achieved. With the desire to make this milestone more meaningful, we decided to sponsor the construction of a school in Dien Bien. This is a project to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory, as well as the 30th anniversary of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank and the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Fund for Vietnamese Stature (December 6, 2014 - December 6, 2024), a meaningful gift for the people of Dien Bien province and contributes to the success of the Race”.

This fund will be used to build a spacious classroom area at the Dien Bien District Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, Dien Bien Province - where students from all ethnic groups in Dien Bien Province will come to study and stay. The school currently has a capacity of 380 students, after being expanded, it will attract 650 students to study. This classroom area will be completely newly invested on a land area of over 2 hectares, along with works such as a dormitory, multi-purpose house... will be a great place to study for students in the province. Mr. Nguyen Van Doat - Director of the Department of Education and Training of Dien Bien Province expressed his joy and said that the construction will soon be implemented: "After the Race, the Department of Education and Training of the province will send representatives to work with sponsors so that the project can be implemented soon and is expected to be inaugurated in December 2024" - he expressed.

The projection area recreates the image of the painting - a massive work of art with an area of over 3,000m2 (132m long - 20.5m high), which was painstakingly and passionately portrayed by nearly 200 artists, clearly depicting "56 days and nights of digging mountains, sleeping in tunnels, pouring rain, and rice balls" of our army and people. Each screening of the 3D panorama painting "Dien Bien Phu Campaign" will begin with a 6-minute introduction to the content, after which the lights will turn on throughout the space. The audience will have about 16 minutes to enjoy this unique historical work with 4 segments: 1. The whole people go to battle; 2. The majestic prelude; 3. The historic confrontation; 4. The triumphant song celebrating the victory.

The program attracted a lot of attention and participation from not only the capital's people, domestic visitors but also international friends. 3D mapping technology has brought completely new experiences, helping viewers feel and understand more about the brilliant milestone of the Vietnamese army and people in the world military history in the most intuitive and vivid way.
