Importers and distributors of beef and wine had the opportunity to introduce, promote and popularize their brands. Guests had the opportunity to enjoy high-quality Argentine beef, wine, seafood and yerba mate tea.
According to the Argentine Embassy, the heart of the cuisine of the land of tango is its love of beef. The country is famous for its high-quality grass-fed beef, and its traditional asado grilled meat.
Argentine asados are a popular gathering, where prime cuts of beef such as ribeye, chorizos and tender sirloin are grilled over a slow fire or on a hot grill. Argentine asados emphasize the rusticity of the meat to bring out its natural flavors.
Argentina is not only famous for its delicious beef, it is also famous for its excellent wine. The country’s unique “terroir”, with sunny days, cool nights and hilly terrain, provides the best conditions for growing grapes.
Argentine wine is known for its delicious taste, soft texture and strong flavor, a perfect combination with grilled beef, giving diners a wonderful culinary experience, helping to enhance their taste buds.
