Specifically, Apax English Joint Stock Company Branch located in a building on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street (Ward 6, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City) has not paid social insurance for employees until the 45th month with an amount of more than 1.4 billion VND.
The second branch located on Le Van Sy Street (Ward 12, District 3, HCMC) has not paid social insurance for employees until the 50th month with an amount of more than 31.7 billion VND.
According to the above list, currently, Ho Chi Minh City has 20,039 units that are 3 months or more behind on social insurance payments. Apax is one of the units that has been behind on payments for the longest period of time, with the amount of late payments ranking 3rd on the list of more than 20,000 units.
Topping the list of late social insurance payments in Ho Chi Minh City is still Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company (Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3) with 10 months of late payment and a late payment amount of nearly 38.1 billion VND.
However, Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company has taken a positive step in reducing the amount of late social insurance payments. Last month, the company was 10 months late in paying more than 38.4 billion VND. This month, it has paid and recovered more than 300 million VND.
Ranked second in the list of late social insurance payments in Ho Chi Minh City is Saigon Post and Telecommunications Services Joint Stock Company (Cau Ong Lanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) with a delay of payment lasting until the 73rd month (more than 6 years) and the amount of late payment is nearly 37.7 billion VND.
Before Hoa Binh Construction Group Corporation encountered difficulties, Saigon Post and Telecommunication Services Corporation was the unit that paid the largest amount late and had no action to fix it, the amount of late payment increased every month.
