In particular, at this Festival, people and tourists will be able to visit the space to promote and introduce historical relics and cultural heritages of the thousand-year-old civilized city of Hanoi - as a meaningful gift to people and tourists from near and far during the days of experience on Muong Lo land, creating a cultural bridge, to better understand and love the homeland, country and people of Vietnam.

The most impressive part is part 3 with the theme "Dai Xoe linking arms". This is a performance of Thai Xoe art - a spiritual symbol with unique folk cultural values, expressing the strong vitality and solidarity of the Northwest ethnic community, attracting the participation of over 2,000 artisans and mass actors, creating images: primitive Xoe rings, hot-slat patterns (symbolizing the traditional weaving profession of the ethnic groups), brocade patterns, traditional stilt houses, and Ban flowers.
