* Braised green chili with tempeh
Ingredient:
+ 300gr green chili
+ 1 garlic bulb
+ Tempeh beans
+ Tapioca starch
+ Seasonings: cooking oil, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce...
Making:
Step 1: Wash the green bell peppers, cut off the top, use a knife to remove all the seeds, and cut diagonally into short pieces. Crush and chop the garlic.
Step 2: Make the sauce by adding light soy sauce, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, water in a bowl, stir well.
Step 3: Add oil to the pan, when the oil is hot, add the green chili and stir-fry quickly over medium heat until you see the skin of the chili wrinkle on the surface, then remove from the pan and set aside. Next, saute the minced garlic and add the tempeh beans until fragrant, then add the green chili. Then, add the broth and stir-fry over high heat for about 2-3 minutes. To make the sauce thicker, you can add a little tapioca starch, the dish will look more attractive.
2. Green pepper stuffed with meat
Ingredients: Green chili, pork, onion, ginger, carrot, mushroom
Making:
Step 1: Wash the green chili, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Put the minced meat in a bowl and add spices, onions, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, sesame oil and stir well. After preparing the meat, stuff it into each cut chili ring.
Next, prepare the sauce with a spoon of salt, chicken broth, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, pepper, and cornstarch. Add all of them to the appropriate amount of water, stir well, and set aside.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and slowly fry each green chili stuffed with meat until both sides are cooked. Once the meat inside is cooked, remove and set aside.
Heat a moderate amount of oil, then add mushrooms and diced carrots to the hot oil until fragrant, then pour in the sauce and cook until the water thickens. Finally, pour this sauce over the stuffed peppers to complete a nutritious and delicious dish.
* Green chili stir-fried with eggs
Ingredients: Eggs, sweet peppers, a little salt and seasoning.
Making:
This dish is simple, both children and adults will find it easy to eat. Accordingly, you put the eggs in a bowl, add a little water and stir well. Wash the chili, cut into small pieces.
Next, heat the oil in the pan and add the eggs. Note that you should rotate the chopsticks clockwise to make the eggs smooth and look more delicious. When the eggs are done, put them in a separate bowl. Then, add a little oil, add the chili and stir-fry over high heat for about 3 minutes, add the eggs and season again, stir-fry for a few more minutes.
