Health advice for the poor

Since 2022, the pharmacy has initiated the Tam An Than Khang journey, with the goal of bringing medical services closer to people in 18 remote areas.

The program lasted 18 months, completing health consultations and providing free medicine to 9,000 disadvantaged people across the country.

Continuing the journey of Tam An Than Khang, at the end of 2024, the pharmacy chain will continue to implement the program "Tet An Khang - send thousands of peace" to provide health advice to poor people in the Southern and South Central regions.

The program is expected to be implemented at 30 An Khang pharmacies and bring health and joy to 4,500 people. At each location, staff, doctors, pharmacists, volunteers, etc. will provide health consultation to 150 people in difficult circumstances in the area.

Coming to the program, people will be listened to and consulted by a team of doctors and pharmacists about their health. This is an opportunity for people in difficult circumstances to have the opportunity to access healthcare and better understand their personal health status. Through this, they will also be equipped with more knowledge about self-care, disease prevention as well as more effective treatment, preventing the disease from getting worse.

In addition, people participating in "Tet An Khang - Sending thousands of peace" also receive practical gifts such as rice, functional foods... contributing to improving the quality of life and bringing a happy and healthy Tet season.

The program is expected to last from mid-December 2024 to before Lunar New Year 2025.

The program officially launched on December 14 at An Khang pharmacy in An Lac ward, Binh Tan district, Ho Chi Minh City.
