According to the investigation of the Investigation Police Agency of Chau Phu District Police, during his time as Chairman of Binh Thuy Commune People's Committee, Mr. Ta and the judicial and civil status officers of Binh Thuy Commune signed more than 1,600 fake vehicle purchase and sale contracts to assist brokers in selling stolen vehicles, even signing on blank paper so they could write whatever they wanted, causing a loss of nearly 90 million VND to the budget.
