The event showcased opportunities for local businesses to tap into the potential of global market demand by capitalizing on the strong growth trend of cross-border e-commerce. The event also served as a networking event for service providers, including 14 industry service providers from various service categories, and featured successful Amazon sellers from countries in the region such as Korea, Singapore, and Vietnam.

In 2022, Vietnam's B2C e-commerce exports will reach a value of VND80.7 trillion, ranking 7th among Vietnam's export types. Business-to-consumer (B2C) retail exports via e-commerce will contribute significantly to Vietnam's economy with the potential to reach VND296.3 trillion by 2027 if MSMEs accelerate the adoption of e-commerce to export products and services.

Through this event, Amazon Global Selling Vietnam also demonstrates its continued efforts to promote the readiness of Vietnamese businesses to export online by introducing them to appropriate tools, programs, and information channels from Amazon to take advantage of.

To address knowledge and capability barriers, Amazon offers tools such as Product Opportunity Explorer and Growth Opportunities to help sellers learn about overseas customer demand for their products...
