Deployed across the entire Agribank system officially from the end of 2023, contributing to a 40% increase in transactions on the payment system while ensuring security and safety for tens of millions of smooth and seamless transactions every day, 02 systems/products: Agribank Payment Hub and Digital Banking Integration (Agribank E-Mobile Banking) on the payment axis were honored as excellent Information Technology (IT) systems/products in the field of Digital Banking at the Sao Khue Awards Ceremony 2024 organized by the Vietnam Software and Information Technology Association (VINASA).
Payment Axis - a platform to digitize all payment services
Agribank Payment Hub integrates Agribank's payment systems into an overall architecture that increases the ability to monitor payment activities, minimizes risks related to many decentralized processes without affecting the core bank (Corebank). Agribank Payment Hub allows the deployment of a variety of retail payment services, integrates new payment channels, and expands according to partners' requests on a single connection platform between the bank and other payment systems without limitation, while always ensuring 24/7 uptime, thereby optimizing resources and costs for all parties. In particular, Agribank Payment Hub helps improve work efficiency across the entire Agribank system: processing an average of 2 million transactions/day, equivalent to 90 trillion/day, maintaining safe and stable 24/7 payment operations. The system is ready to respond according to the mechanism of deploying experimental models (Sandbox) of the system for partners to connect, exploit and use banking and financial data information according to the orientation of deploying the SandBox model of the State Bank and digital e-government 4.0.

Integrating Digital Banking (Agribank E-Mobile Banking) on the payment axis helps upgrade seamless and stable transactions
Agribank E-mobile Banking is Agribank's digital banking application that allows customers to perform a variety of payment transactions, money transfers... on their smartphones. To serve diverse needs and increase the convenience experience for more than 15 million customers currently using Mobile Banking services, Agribank has completed the integration of the Agribank E-Mobile Banking system into the payment axis.
This solution allows interbank payments to be made through all systems: interbank, bilateral, electronic clearing... which are flexibly and seamlessly navigated through channels, ensuring the best payment quality. The integration of Agribank E-Mobile Banking digital bank on Agribank's payment axis is assessed by experts from the Award's Appraisal Council to be impressively effective in terms of: deployment speed, scalability, safety and user experience, meeting international security standards, and having high working efficiency. Starting from the end of 2023, the system has helped increase the number of transactions by up to 40%, the number of customers registering for Agribank E-Mobile Banking service increased by 22% compared to the same period in 2022, especially saving tens of billions of VND for Agribank and connected banks.

Expanding customer benefits
Based on the development of the Payment Axis and Digital Banking Integration on the payment axis, Agribank has provided additional interbank money transfer methods for customers on the Agribank E-Mobile Banking application with high limits. | Realizing that digital transformation is a key task, every year, Agribank allocates a large budget to invest in building and applying information technology systems, ensuring operations for an average of millions of transactions per day, of which automatic transactions account for 91.97% of total transactions. Agribank currently has nearly 20 million customers with payment deposit accounts, nearly 16 million customers using ATM cards, and nearly 15 million customers using payment services via Mobile Banking.
