At present, Trinh Kim Chi is also the only runner-up of the Miss Vietnam contest to receive the title of People's Artist. At the 8th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Theater Association (2020 - 2025) in August 2020, Meritorious Artist Trinh Kim Chi was elected as Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Theater Association.

Referring to the secret to maintaining a youthful, radiant appearance, the 2nd runner-up of Miss Vietnam 1994 revealed that she does not diet but only limits fat, eats lots of green vegetables, fruits and takes vitamin C.

"I always put health first because only with good health can I continue my work and that of society. What's more important is to listen to your body," artist Trinh Kim Chi shared.

Sharing with PV Dan Viet about the secret to "keeping the fire" in marriage, the female artist said: "Although my husband and I are busy, we always try to arrange our work to eat together with our children at home. In particular, I feel lucky to have a husband who loves art. Sometimes my works are commented on by my husband based on the knowledge he has researched and understood.

My husband devotes all his love and affection to his family. Perhaps his life only includes his wife and children. Because he always knows what his wife thinks and wants, over time I also learned that trait, being sensitive to everything he wants. Because of that, my family is quite harmonious and never has arguments."

According to People's Artist Trinh Kim Chi, harmony comes from the awareness of family members. "It's not because my husband loves and indulges me that I do everything my way. I always appreciate my husband's sacrifice when I'm caught up in the hustle and bustle of work. When you yourself don't put your ego first, your partner will surely understand and appreciate it," the female artist expressed.
