With budget revenue reaching 7,150 billion VND in 10 months, Ha Tinh Tax Department has completed 89.4% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council in 2023.
According to data from the Ha Tinh Tax Department, in the first 10 months of 2023, the unit's budget revenue reached 7,150 billion VND, reaching 89.4% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council and equal to 98.7% compared to the same period in 2022. Of which, land use fee revenue reached 1,620 billion VND; tax and fee revenue reached 5,530 billion VND.
Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company maintains stable production, contributing to increasing budget revenue for Ha Tinh.
There are 8 taxes that have completed the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council, including: revenue from foreign-invested enterprises reached 113% (up 71% over the same period in 2022); non-agricultural land use tax reached 104% (up 8% over the same period in 2022); revenue from lottery activities reached 182% (up 58% over the same period in 2022); other budget revenue reached 166% (up 93% over the same period in 2022); revenue from public property and public land in communes reached 192% (up 112% over the same period in 2022); land rent collection reached 109%; revenue from granting mineral exploitation rights reached 153%; capital recovery and after-tax profit reached 111%.

By locality, 6 localities have completed the budget assigned by the Provincial People's Council, including: Can Loc reached 153%, Hong Linh town reached 136%, Ky Anh town reached 111%, Ha Tinh city reached 102%, Cam Xuyen reached 105%, Huong Khe reached 100%.
In the last months of the year, the Ha Tinh Tax Department will continue to effectively implement tax policies and reform administrative procedures, thereby creating transparency for taxpayers to increase budget revenue. In particular, together with the political system, the tax sector will strengthen solutions in accordance with the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai in Directive No. 04/CT-UBND dated May 11, 2023, directing units and localities to strengthen measures to manage domestic budget revenue in 2023.
